Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve customer issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems to ensure client satisfaction.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and product issues to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Educate customers on our products and services to help them maximize their value.
- Escalation: Recognize complex issues and escalate them to senior support or engineering teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
