- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
