- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (20-25 hours/week)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
