Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) with average response time under 90 seconds
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams for complex issue resolution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced setting
- Available to work evenings and weekends (including holidays)
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
