- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies using CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
- Support seasonal projects during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
