Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing the problem, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Enter and update customer information into our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Contribute to team meetings and help develop best practices for customer support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
