Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and promotions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the customer service area clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
