Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist clients with product troubleshooting and account management.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
