Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized beverage recommendations and warm interactions
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistic presentation
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products
- Strong communication skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with POS technology
