- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead tracking.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
