Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus.
