Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week intensive technical training program covering cloud systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, and customer support protocols
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in continuous skills development through quarterly certifications
- Support migration projects for international clients with multilingual capabilities
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for service delivery
Qualifications
- Valid work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility (H1B, O1, TN, etc.)
