Responsibilities
- Participate in daily technical training sessions covering hardware/software support protocols
- Assist senior technicians with system diagnostics and user issue resolution
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects during training phase
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Provide tier-1 user support for internal systems after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
