Responsibilities
- Complete a structured, paid training curriculum to master our technical systems and service protocols.
- Collaborate with senior mentors and team leads to refine communication and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer support and solutions to clients in the Baton Rouge region.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate client records using internal databases.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the technology and customer service sectors.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday–Friday).
