Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and monitor vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care support when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance strategies.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain one immediately.
- BSN preferred; Diploma or Associate degree accepted with relevant experience.
- Valid English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL) if applying from abroad.
- Eligibility to work in the USA or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processing (H1B/O-1 or Green Card).
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.
