Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to farm hygiene standards.

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to participate in mandatory paid on-site training programs.
- Basic English comprehension skills for safety instructions and communication.
- Previous farming or agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit work site.
