Responsibilities
- Participate in and complete our 4-week paid training curriculum to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all client interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; No degree required for this role.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide all the training you need.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
