Responsibilities
- Perform daily production tasks and machine operations according to established safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Report machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including time logs and inventory reports, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training program to learn specific manufacturing or logistics skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Eligibility for the EB3 Visa Unskilled category or valid US work authorization.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
