Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and coordinators.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership to track KPIs.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
