Your Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that every shipment is delivered on time and every process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and optimize all daily logistics activities to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Budget Management: Monitor operational budgets, control expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Generate and present weekly and monthly operational reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- ERP Systems: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
