Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of supervisors and staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity and safety metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align operations with business goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime.
