- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ operational professionals
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation
- Implement technology solutions to automate workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations leadership with supply chain experience
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent team management and conflict resolution abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
