Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Manage KPIs, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean/Six methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations management
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience in high-volume distribution environments
