Qualifications

- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in manufacturing/tech
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain and logistics processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license
