Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ cross-functional operational specialists
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for inventory audits
