Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during night shift, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage and lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Address operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless transition and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
