Responsibilities
- Lead 15-person night shift team in high-volume warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Conduct daily performance reviews and corrective action plans
- Manage inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Implement lean principles for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Night shift supervisory background required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP/JDA)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Philadelphia-based candidates only (commute flexibility)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
