Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production workflows and ensure operations run efficiently and safely.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on standard industrial equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree not required).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse setting preferred.
- Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- License: Valid Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
