- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage budgets, forecast costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of employees to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
