Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure product delivery meets customer expectations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, inventory accuracy, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Proven track record of budget management, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
