Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and service delivery teams
- Develop/implement KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, sales, and support teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Present operational insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow automation, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Project management certification (PMP/CPIM) highly desirable
