Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the office to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, including IT support, cleaning services, and office supply vendors, negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Coordinate office events, team building activities, and internal meetings to boost employee engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for human resources inquiries, assisting with onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, greeting visitors and directing phone calls effectively.
- Prepare and manage monthly office budgets, track expenses, and ensure all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in office management, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Experience with basic HR functions, payroll processing, or accounting software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
