Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors for service contracts, repairs, and procurement
- Manage administrative functions: scheduling, correspondence, records management, and travel arrangements
- Support HR initiatives: onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation
- Handle budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation
- Organize company events and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Supplement IT support for hardware/software issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years office management experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
