Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Lead employee onboarding and maintain HR records in partnership with HR department
- Coordinate company events, offsites, and team-building activities
- Manage budget for office expenses and provide monthly financial reports
- Act as primary point of contact for IT facilities and maintenance requests
- Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
