Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including reception, mail handling, and facility maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, IT services, and maintenance.
- Coordinate company-wide events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reporting, and calendar management.
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain the office budget and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing office budgets and vendor relationships.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
