Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Sacramento office, ensuring all systems run efficiently and effectively.
- Vendor Management: Research, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, meetings, and social gatherings, fostering a strong company culture and team spirit.
- Facilities & Supplies: Monitor office inventory, manage supply orders, and handle facility maintenance requests to ensure a comfortable working environment.
- Reception Support: Oversee the front desk and reception area, greeting visitors and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- HR Support: Assist the Human Resources department with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in office workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management, administrative coordinating, or executive assistant role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with property management or HR software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
