Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring a seamless workflow for all departments.
- Vendor Management: Research, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers.
- Facilities & Supplies: Manage office inventory, maintain a clean and safe physical workspace, and coordinate facility maintenance.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee gatherings.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, managing the reception area and answering inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and facility management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
