Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the general administration of the office, ensuring all systems run efficiently and effectively.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, manage contracts, and negotiate service agreements to ensure optimal value.
- Budget Control: Develop and monitor office budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to enhance company culture.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with HR on benefits administration.
- Facilities Maintenance: Liaise with building management and maintenance staff to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central communication hub, managing incoming inquiries and distributing information across departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
