Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all staff.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and service quality reviews.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule executive calendars, and arrange complex travel logistics.
- Maintain office inventory, manage supply orders, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and IT equipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility management, handling repairs and maintenance requests.
- Support HR initiatives, including payroll processing assistance and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
