Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Milwaukee office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including facility services, office supplies, and IT support, negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Coordinate office events, team building activities, and corporate meetings, ensuring seamless execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, create monthly reports, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Liaise with senior management to implement process improvements and organizational changes.
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional reception experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Property Management or HRIS software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
