Responsibilities

- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare confidential reports
- Lead onboarding processes, including new hire equipment setup and workspace preparation
- Implement and optimize office protocols for efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events while maintaining budget oversight
- Serve as primary point of contact for facilities and IT support requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
