Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and screen incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain a tidy, organized workspace for all employees.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors (IT, cleaning, maintenance) to ensure services are rendered on time and within budget.
- HR & Onboarding: Assist the HR department with new hire orientations, maintaining employee records, and processing basic HR paperwork.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and staff meetings.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring information flows smoothly across departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management, administrative assistant, or related role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Software: Familiarity with office management software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
