Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Memphis office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event planning for the executive team.
- Assist in HR functions, including new hire onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and lobby environment.
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance and IT support requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Experience with basic HR and payroll processes is a plus.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
