We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team in Long Beach. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage the office budget, including processing invoices, ordering supplies, and negotiating with vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging travel for staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support and facility maintenance issues.
- Assist with HR functions, including new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll.
- Create and maintain office policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with general accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is highly preferred.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
