Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility services, negotiating with vendors for optimal contracts.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing performance feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Handle complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior leadership.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and off-sites to boost team morale.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proven experience in budget management and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
