Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily functioning of the office, including facility maintenance, supply management, and vendor relations to ensure a productive workspace.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level executive assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Event & Logistics Planning: Organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, managing all logistics from venue selection to execution.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, track office expenses, and process invoices to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- HR Administration: Support HR initiatives including onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or project management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
