Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage administrative workflows, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires, including workspace setup and equipment provisioning
- Coordinate vendor relationships for services like IT support, cleaning, and security systems
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Act as primary point of contact for facility-related issues and employee inquiries
- Manage office budget allocation and track expenses against approved budgets
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional office management experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in vendor negotiations and employee relations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and track expenses accurately
- Certification in office management or related field (e.g., CAPM) preferred
- Experience with office space planning and ergonomic workspace design
