- Lead onboarding processes and maintain employee records in HRIS systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage budget for office expenses and negotiate vendor contracts
- Ensure workplace safety and emergency preparedness protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in facility management and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong budget management and financial reporting capabilities
- Experience with onboarding and employee relations
- Relevant certification (e.g., CAPM, MOS) preferred
