- Develop and maintain office protocols for safety, compliance, and sustainability
- Lead administrative team projects including budget tracking and expense reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for facilities maintenance and emergency response
- Plan company events, team-building activities, and office celebrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Proven experience managing budgets and procurement processes
