Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain, and vendor coordination
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes
- Coordinate complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and executive support
- Develop and maintain office budgets, expense reports, and procurement systems
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies
- Lead space optimization projects and technology infrastructure management
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office tech systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across all levels
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams and distributed workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
